Where your data is hosted

YieldOptix runs on Polsia-managed infrastructure (US / EU region configurable at deploy time). Your workspace data, rate recommendations, and integration credentials are stored inside that environment and do not leave it as part of normal product operation.

Backups and replicas remain inside the same provider region. Static assets are distributed globally through standard content delivery paths; source data is not.

Who is the controller, and who is the processor

YieldOptix is the controller for the business data you put into the platform — property inventory, rates, booking signals, and the contact details of your team. We decide what is collected and how it is used.

Polsia acts as our infrastructure processor: it provides the hosting, runtime, and platform services that the YieldOptix application runs on. Polsia does not access your workspace data except to keep the platform running.

A formal data processing agreement covering this split is available on request; the underlying commitments are reflected below.

Data export and erasure

You can request a copy of your workspace data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time. We act on verified requests without undue delay and confirm in writing when the change is complete.

To make a data subject request, email yieldoptix@polsia.app with the workspace name and the request type (access, rectification, erasure, or portability).

GDPR alignment

• Lawful basis. YieldOptix processes your data on the lawful basis you define per customer and documents in the workspace settings.
• Data subject rights. Access, rectification, erasure, and portability are honored on verified request. Restrictions on processing and objections are honored where applicable.
• Breach notification. In the event of a personal-data breach affecting your workspace, YieldOptix notifies you without undue delay so you can meet your controller-side notification obligations.
